1/4 cup melted butter
1 cup graham crackers
1 tbsp sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
This dish can be made gluten free with gluten free taco shells and low sugar when using a sugar alternative.
Preparation
Dessert Tacos
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Take soft tortilla, and use either a round cookie cutter or a 1 cup measuring cup to cut circles in the tortilla. Cut about 20-22 rounds.
Mix together the graham cracker crumbs, sugar and cinnamon.
Melt butter and paint on to the rounds. Dip each side of tortilla rounds in the dry mixture. Arrange each round in a taco shape in between an upside down muffin tin.
Bake in oven until edges are brown, about 10 minutes depending on your oven. Cool - and fill!
