Ingredients

Easy Guacamole

  • 2 avocados

  • 1 small onion chopped

  • 1 clove garlic, peeled and chopped

  • 1 - 2 ripe tomatoes, diced

  • 1 - 2 limes or lemons juiced to make 2 tbsp of juice

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Optional: 1/2 cup chopped cilantro, diced jalapenos

Preparation

Easy guacamole

Peel and mash avocados in a medium serving bowl. Stir in chopped onion, garlic, tomatoes, lime or lemon juice.

Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Chill 30 mins to blend flavours.

Serve with your favourite chips, crackers or as a dip for veggies!
