Ingredients

No Bake Oatmeal Protein Energy Balls

Makes 20-24 Energy Balls

  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup vanilla whey protein powder

  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds

  • 1/2 cup smooth or chunky peanut butter

  • 3 tbsp. honey

  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips, raisins or craisins

  • 2-4 tbsp. almond milk, milk or water

Preparation

Oatmeal Protein Energy Balls

NO BAKE Oatmeal Protein energy balls

Add oats, protein powder, cinnamon and chia seeds into a large bowl. Stir to combine. 

Add peanut butter, vanilla, honey and chocolate chips (or whatever add-on you choose). Mix well. 

Add 2-4 Tbsp. of liquid of your choice. 1 Tbsp. at a time until mixture comes together in one big sticky ball. Using your hands or a scoop, form into balls, using 1 Tbsp. of mixture per ball. 

Let balls chill on a cookie sheet in the fridge or freezer. To store, stack in a container, using parchment paper between layers. Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. Or freeze balls and take out as needed. ENJOY!!
